"Jen is a miracle worker. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. As a result, I have stiffness in my shoulders, back, and neck, often my neck is so tight it results in intense headaches. Thanks to Jen, I have relief from the chronic headaches, and the tightness in my shoulders and back. But her commitment doesn't stop there, she takes the time to show me stretches I can do on my own to help ease the tightness, Jen is always friendly, polite, compassionate, and supportive, always encouraging me to keep doing the things I enjoy regardless of my disease. "OK, so where do I start? My therapist had retired and moved to Florida. So I was searching for a new massage therapist to no avail. Then I came upon body mechanics. Jennifer was not only polite and accommodating on the phone for a first time visit, but she was extremely knowledgeable. On my first visit she spent time to inquire about any concerns or problems I was experiencing. Her massage was on point, strong where she needed to be and gentle in sensitive areas that I was in pain with. On my second visit she introduced me to what I like to call is Little Wonder Bars (IASTM) That really made a difference in my neck, and my left foot. I have now been to her four times and I can tell you I feel great again."
